The staff was exceptionally helpful and approachable, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay.
Unfortunately, the hotel facilities lacked basic essentials such as a functioning TV and reliable hot water, which significantly impacted my comfort.

Decent value with breakfast included. Beyond that, the location is a quick walk to restaurants and bars.
Bathroom outlet was the only one working, shower head fell down constantly, pillows overused, AC took ages to cool the room and leaked water. No clean water early morning, and there was a noticeable lack of basic amenities like a fridge or functioning TV.

The beach was only a short walk away, perfect for my daughter and the family. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast at the restaurant, and the staff always greeted us with warm smiles. Special shoutout to Mama Jenny for her amazing massages!
My wife says that the bathroom could use more updates.

Just loved the big room with AC and balcony! Breakfast was really tasty and the staff was super helpful, especially when my TV had issues. The back massage at the spa was heavenly, and I enjoyed relaxing on the sun loungers. Definitely a gem in Punta Cana!

The Standard Double Room was clean and modern, with a nice balcony to chill on. The breakfast was tasty, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Though it's a bit basic, I loved that it had AC. Just watch out for noise if you're a light sleeper, especially on weekends. Overall, a comfy stay!
